‘Wave Pattern’ is described by the author of the book about Charles Rennie Mackintosh and textile design as ‘one of the most accomplished drawings, bold in pattern and colour but with the subtleties of many of Mackintosh’s designs. He provided for alternative colourways, exchanging the greens and pink for shades of purple or yellow.’
