Book This Event
The Assembly Rooms
Saturday 20th April
3pm to 4pm
Biographer Anne Sebba, novelist Sarah Dunant and historian David Kynaston explore how history is told through the pages of Persephone books. There will also be a short tribute to the historian Juliet Gardiner (who is unable to attend the event): as well as writing three Persephone prefaces, she has been a huge influence on the way each Persephone book is placed in a historical context. The event will be chaired by former Persephone Books employee Celia Lloyd Davidson. Saturday 20th April
3pm to 4pm
