In 2020, there was an exhibition at the Design Museum to celebrate Margaret Calvert's long a prolific career. It included this photo of her desk; above it is a road sign altered to show a woman at work instead of a man (this is on the cover of  Margaret Calvert: Woman at Work (2026)). As the curator said, the fact that so much of her work seems invisible is its genius.
