The Morrab Library (est. 1818) in Penzance is beautifully sited in the Morrab Gardens in Penzance. It is surrounded by mature sub-tropical plants, close to the Penlee House gallery, and overlooking the sea. It is open to visitors for a small fee, making it the ideal place to read Cornish newspapers or local authors on wet and windy days.
