Also for sale is this delightful illustrated letter from Evelyn Dunbar to Jane Carrington (c1936), then a six-year old in hospital with polio. It is unclear why it wasn't sent, but it is a fine example of the playful, light-hearted, 'natural gaiety' in Evelyn Dunbar's many letters to Jane, Charles Mahoney, and others such as Edward Bawden.
