This is Edwin La Dell's bright, cheerful Bandsmen in the City (1953, Government Art Collection), one of series of prints by thirty-six artists commissioned by the Royal College of Art to celebrate the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. The artists were students or tutors with connections to the RCA and the series was organised and overseen by La Dell who was a tutor there.
